Oxford Arts Group presents: Babel Anthology launch night

Details
To celebrate the launch of The Babel Anthology, a brand new, twice yearly collection of new English writing and writing in translation, Oxford Arts Group are hosting an evening of poetry, prose and music at The Jam Factory.
Tickets will include a voucher for a free copy of the anthology, to be published in June, which will be available from the Albion Beatnik bookstore in Jericho.
The first half of our live launch will feature a mix of battle-scarred veterans of lit performance like Ray Keenoy (as himself) and Paulette Mae (of Backroom Poets) and tender young debutantes like Katie Low (Jericho's riposte to Simone de Beauvoir), Fleur Flâneur (with a guest appearence from her Big Hair) and the dapper linguist C.J.Young with pages from Zola et amis. A combination to inspire Fear and Awe.
The second half includes flame-haired word dervish Verity Heir, the mistress of the mobile screen reader, Clarissa Pabi, green-booted poetry goddess Clare Waters and 'Ye Gads', it's Big Dan Bourner! Not to mention Popshot poetry hotshot Kate Byard and maybe even more besides.
