This session will show how AI “partners” can help with demand intake, oversight, risk sensing, delivery flow, financial forecasting, and strategic evaluation, and how these capabilities fit within Lean Portfolio Management ways of working.
You’ll learn how to translate portfolio objectives into AI-assisted routines - prioritising under constraints, spotting early warning signals, running scenario tests, and tracking benefits so that outcomes (not activity) stay front and centre.
