Kubernetes and Bioinformatics as a service.

Details

In the bright new future of cloud computing we can run our bioinfomatics in the cloud. But should we use traditional methods of batch processing or look to an alternative model of Bioinfomatics as a service. With Kubernetes, you can create virtual clusters in the cloud, with service hosts such as AWS lambda, we can call on thousands machines for a few seconds to complete our tasks.
