Sub30 night

Details
Come along to our monthly meditation and discussion night for anyone aged 18-30!
Do I have to like everyone?
A central emotion in Buddhism is mettā, often translated as 'compassion', 'loving-kindness', or 'benevolence'... does that mean Buddhism is about forcing yourself to like everybody no matter what? Or does it point to a deeper connection with my loved ones, with strangers, even with enemies? And is it a quality I already possess?
Join us on Friday 13th of June for an evening exploring mettā in our own experience through meditation and discussion. We will see how we can get in touch with and develop this quality, and how we can use it to transform our lives and relationships with others.
Doors open at 6:15pm to start at 6:30pm - please arrive earlier if you would like to help set up!
