### 🌲 Christmas Common, Aston Rowant & Getty Estate Circular Walk (7.5 miles)

Join us for a beautiful 7.5-mile circular walk through the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. This varied route takes us through the Aston Rowant Nature Reserve, peaceful woodlands, open farmland, and classic English common land.
Along the way, we’ll enjoy far-reaching views, rolling hills, and picturesque fields, with plenty of opportunities to spot local wildlife such as deer and pheasants. The walk offers a wonderful mix of landscapes — hearty hills, charming commons, wooded trails, and a section through the historic Getty family’s Wormsley Estate.
The walk will take approximately 3.5 to 4 hours to complete.
There will be the option of a drink at the Fox and Hounds at the end of the walk for anyone who would like to stay and socialise 🍺 — a perfect way to round off the day.
🚗 Parking: Free parking is available on the main road or at the Fox and Hounds pub.
