For young adults who’ve finished uni, it can feel fragmented, isolating, or like there’s nowhere to go beyond swiping apps or the same pub nights.

IRL Oxford exists to change that.
We’re building something bold and fresh: unforgettable real-life events, creative formats, and a community where adults in Oxford can actually connect — make friends, find their people, and build a healthier social life.

This isn’t just about events. It’s about changing culture. It’s about the why:

• Designing experiences that bring out the best in us.

And we’re looking for new volunteers and potentially team members to help us do it.
