About us

These courses offer a space and tools for self-knowledge and self-understanding as well as skills to tackle challenging situations in life and find more peace and serenity. Participants will learn to create a breathing space when being overwhelmed, befriend their mind and gradually practice skills for well-being. The courses are designed for everyone and can be helpful for researchers and students, as research can be challenging, not only intellectually, but also emotionally.
I offer a free tasting session, an introductory course and an 8-week course to create a strong foundation for mindfulness skills and practice.
All courses are evidence- and skill-based focusing on techniques and skills from mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT). The courses are based on research at Oxford University and other leading centres.
