Ulrik will run over the basics (and the not-so-basics) of R Markdown in the first half of the talk. In the second part, he will do a live demo of how to adapt a conference latex template for use with R Markdown, and do a quick introduction to DPhil thesis writing using his ‘oxforddown’ package (https://github.com/ulyngs/oxforddown).
