Welcome to the Oxford Wellbeing Group! This is a gentle, friendly group for people in their 20s-40s who want to find people of their own age and socialise in a like-minded setting. This would focus on wellbeing, shared experiences, and building a supportive community. Expect warm conversations, light activities, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Meet new people, and boost your confidence and wellbeing. From low-key meetups to confidence-building chats, this is a space to laugh, learn, and connect — no pressure, no awkwardness, just good energy!

What this group is about
This is not a dating group. This was created to make social life for people and singles much easier and form a tight-knit community. This also gives people the opportunity to share their stories and mutual interests and see where a connection goes. This is to be empowering and positive, and to build friendships on a personal level.
