What is the purpose of this group?
This group is to bring together proactive, enthusiastic individuals of any age with a solid growth mindset, in other words, people with the willingness to always learn & act on the appropriate changes needed to transform their personal & professional lives for the better.
Who should join?
Any students, professionals, business owners or job seekers can join, to meet others in various paths of life at different stages. Learn from the ones that may be ahead in certain aspects that you want to improve and support/help others that may be trying to get to your level :)
What happens at the event?
You will register your attendance, then we will start with a few ice-breaker activities where we learn about each other's backgrounds, experiences, skills & interests.
You will all get a chance to share your own experiences and listen to others', share contact details & create new connections!
Why is Networking important?
Whether you know it yet or not, networking, meeting people and creating connections in life is extremely valuable professionally & personally, it's just not immediately obvious some times.
It is very important to also reconnect with your own old friends, dormant connections & old acquaintances - because those are typically the easy, low-hanging fruit in networking.
Connect with colleagues or strangers with commonalities OTHER than work! Talk about non-work activities, talk about hobbies & interests outside of your jobs - that way you will be able to create deeper, more personal connections with others.
Who is the Host?
Me, Pasha - I have been in the Enterprise Cloud IT Industry for over 15 years and have experience in many other fields too.
I run my own business, work in the Enterprise DevOps field currently & have been a Professional Career Coach for multiple Universities & Colleges for many years.
I am a strong believer in having a growth mindset and always learning.
