🌅 Sydney Harbour Sunset Walk - TownHall to North Sydney ~ 9 KM

This evening walk covers over 10 kilometres through streets, reserves - crossing the Botanic Gardens and the Harbour Bridge at sunset! Be aware that this is moderate-paced walk (4.5km/h) with brief stops and a few inclines; good fitness is recommended.

Here's what you need to know:

• Start time: 4:00 PM sharp, please arrive 10 min early, host cannot take calls/messages for safety reasons.
• Meeting point: Gadigal Metro Station - Twonhall. Near Starbucks Park St. Finish North Sydney station/Greenwood Plaza Hotel.
• Route: We'll begin by heading to Hyde Park and Botanic Gardens for a short break with Sunset views, and continuing to the Rocks to take on the Harbour Bridge! Further hike will lead us to Luna Park and Blues Point reserve before we finish near the North Sydney Station/Metro by approximately 6:30 PM - we're planning to visit Greenwood Plaza hotel for anyone staying for dinner.
• What to bring: Comfortable shoes (uneven terrain possible in some areas), charged phone or torch/headlamp for dark sections towards finish, water (refills available), and weather-appropriate clothing.
• Gratuity: A $5 contribution is appreciated to help cover our Meetup subscription and group running costs. Carry Cash or ask for PayID.

• What to Bring: Wear proper hiking shoes, bring hydration (1L of water- refill available at stops), pack enough snacks/lunch, sunscreen, hat, and weather protection.
