### Erasmus & International Students Sunset Yoga 🌿

New in Milan? Let’s meet, move and enjoy a summer evening together in Parco Sempione.

Erasmus & International Students Yoga is back!
If you’ve just arrived in Milan, are here for Erasmus, studying abroad, or simply looking to meet new people, come join us for an outdoor yoga evening in the park.

It’s a chance to meet international and local students, make new connections and enjoy some time outside together.

After the 60-minute sunset yoga class, feel free to stay a little longer, hang out on the grass, chat and get to know each other. You can bring your own drink or snack, or simply grab something from one of the bars nearby in the park. Stay for as long as you like :)
Come by yourself or bring a friend, you definitely don’t need to know anyone.

Never tried yoga before? No problem, this class is beginner-friendly and no experience is needed.
I’ll offer different options along the way, so everyone can practice at their own pace. We’ll move, breathe, connect with our bodies and enjoy the practice together.

The €10 price is only for this Erasmus & International Students event.
Regular outdoor yoga classes are €15.

### What to Bring

Bring your yoga mat if you have one. If you’ve just arrived in Milan and don’t have a mat yet, no worries — a large towel or blanket works too.
Bring some water and mosquito spray for the park.

### If the Weather Changes

If the event needs to be cancelled because of rain or bad weather, I’ll let everyone know. Your payment can be refunded or moved to another event.
