He has experience in driving large-scale IT and Business transformation programs utilising SalesForce, ERP, SAP, Cloud, ServiceNow, Data & Analytics of $40M+ Budget, 30+ cross functional teams across dispersed and diverse geographies.
Through the innovative and intelligent application of Agile, DevOps, Lean, Design Thinking and Six Sigma principles have enabled numerous major enterprises to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, empower employees, sustainably build capability and embed an innovative culture.
