Details
Fill your lungs with seaside air on a stride by the Silvery Tay! A delightful part of the Fife countryside beckons, full of surprises. Queen Ermengarde and Gandhi have connections here. We pass through Peacehill and Bottomcraig before visiting the atmospheric Balmerino Abbey. We return to Wormit on the Fife Coastal Path.

Grade: C
Distance: 6 miles
Ascent: 300m
Pace: Medium
Walking will be on the Fife Coastal path and well-made estate and farm roads. We will be stopping for a snack at a convenient point. Dogs are welcome provided they can be put on leads when requested or when conditions require. Please keep your dog under control whilst walking near walkers.
We'll start walking at 10:00 hrs prompt. Please let us know if you're held up or unable to join us by messaging the event organiser via this Meetup website so that we do not delay our walk. Car sharing is friendly and gets people out who might not be able to otherwise 😄
