Needing fresh air by the lungful? Why not join us on this "undulating" walk with great views that encircle the attractive North Third reservoir? The route climbs up to the top of the craggy escarpment of Lewis Hill before descending through Craigs Wood and Old Sauchie.

Ascent: 1200ft. (300m)
Pace: Medium
The route is on a mixture of woodland paths and quiet roads. There is some amount of quite steep ascent. Walking poles are advised for traction on muddy paths.
We will start at 10 am. Please let us know if you're held up or unable to walk on the day by messaging the MU site.
We will be stopping for lunch at a convenient point. Dogs are welcome, provided they can be put on leads when requested or when conditions require.

Please make sure you have the appropriate level of fitness required for a Grade B- walk.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their walking gear is suitable for the nature of the walk and the prevailing weather conditions (which participants are responsible for checking) and for bringing adequate food and water supplies.
