Wether and Common Hills, Glen Eagles: B grade hill hike, 7.1 mile loop

Seeking open skies and windswept, striking views? Why not join us on this hill hike up two quieter Ochil tops, Wether and Common hills? Walk on marked paths across open heather and moorland with the occasional skylark and buzzard for company.

The route is on a mixture of woodland and hill tracks. There is a fairly steep ascent. Walking poles are advised for traction on muddy paths and gaiters for some wet moorland areas.

We will start at 10 am. Please let us know if you're held up or unable to walk on the day by messaging the MU site.

We will stop for lunch at a convenient location. Dogs are welcome, provided they can be kept on leads when requested or when conditions require it.
