Join us on this newly developed woodland walk from Oakley to Saline by the Saline Burn—panoramic views across Fife to the North and West.

This walk has a few inclines, but they're not too steep. We follow the burn up to Steelend. With views of the Forth estuary to the south, North to Saline Hill and Knockhill, and West to the Ochils, the route returns via Cowstrandburn and the old opencast to Oakley.

A few bits with "long" grass to keep the feet wet, otherwise good paths
We will be stopping for snacks, so bring lots of water and something tasty. Dogs are welcome, provided they can be kept on leads when requested or when conditions require it.
