R for Rhododendron: lets cross the Forth, Paddle in Moor Loch & Train the police

This is a variation on a late 2025 winter walk that allows us to visit the Rhododendron tunnel within Tulliallan woods hopefully it will be in full bloom. We start just inside the west fife boundary in Kincardine. This once busy Firth of Forth river port was founded on marshland in the 17th century and today is the home of the Scottish Police College 👮👮‍♀️ so best driving behaviour as you arrive and leave this one please 🚗🚓.
We will cross the Forth a couple of times, visit the official start for the Fife coastal Path. The woodland section in Tulliallan forest will use some paths from one of the groups regular Devilla routes as we head around Moor Loch. We finish with a visit to a Mausoleum and a look at the police collage buildings and memorial. It's a circular walk back to our start point and as always, we will head off to a local café for refreshments and delights. It’s a low-level walk on a selection of surfaces. If it’s been raining the night/days before we will have to cross some muddy sections.
