Join us for a picturesque walk from Townhill Loch, through its country park and around the historic sites of Dunfermline

We start by walking through Townhill woods following the old railway lines/cycle path that leads to Dunfermline. On through the public park passing the train station and into the historical quarter of Dunfermline, where we can spend time visiting inside the Abbey and palace grounds that surround. On to Pittencrieff Park, where we will have lunch by the cafe, which has toilets and is available if you don't want to carry your lunch. We then wander through a hidden valley towards Town Hill Loch for our post-walk refreshments and a try out of water-skiing if you like....🚤⛷️
Dogs welcome if on lead at all times; no flexible leads please, as they trip people up
We will start promptly at 10 am, so please let us know if you're held up or unable to walk by messaging the MU site
