Emily is a Principal Product Manager at Heap, where she takes the lead on the experience analytics roadmap: session replay, heatmaps, polls/surveys, and other tools that let teams see beyond the data to truly understand their customers’ experience. She’s built B2B software for 10+ years, with a career spanning early stage start-ups and global organizations such as Google. Digging into data to understand her customers and guiding product strategy is her favorite part of being a product leader, and she’s proud to be one of the most prolific internal users of Heap’s own Heap instance.
