Journey with us to a beautiful, flower filled magical land. We will be headed up into the high country to visit Roan Mountain via Carvers Gap. When it is hot go high! We attempt to hit this beautiful space in all seasons in this group! This is going to be a beautiful hike and will challenge anyone and everyone who hikes it.

A portion of the trail is covered and a portion is completely exposed. Please make sure to pack appropriately. If you have questions please message us and we will send you our recommended day hiking list for the high country.

We will be in the high country. Please know your body, your limitations and your skills.

Estimated Time: 5-6 hours depending on hiking group
Meet up time: 8:45am
Hike start time: 9:00am
Meet at Carvers Gap Trail Head, carpooling recommended. The all trails link is correct for the trail head.
