Lets hike the Art Loeb together! The Art Loeb Trail offers some of North Carolina’s most breathtaking scenery—and one of its toughest challenges. This iconic 30-mile route winds across sweeping mountain balds, panoramic ridgelines, and quiet high-elevation forests, delivering nonstop views and unforgettable sunsets. Its steep climbs, rugged terrain, and exposed stretches demand stamina and smart planning, but the reward is pure Blue Ridge magic. For hikers seeking beauty earned the hard way, the Art Loeb is a trail you’ll never forget.
Food Lion and I are very experienced on this route and are looking forward to taking you up and over the mountains.
The cost for this trip will be posted 90 days prior. With prices changing all the time we want to make sure we don't under estimate the cost. We will have 2-3 meetings prior to the hike to shake down our packs and discuss details; these meetings happen before hiker hangs. We will also start a group chat 90 days prior. Please only RSVP if you know for certain you plan to come as this is a capped group.
