MERB’s FIRST-EVER NYE BASH is happening! 🎉✨

Let’s ring in 2026 together on the 6th-floor balcony at Foster Flats with the best view of the fireworks in the city. You don’t have to spend New Year’s alone, and we don’t have to hit a brewery to have an unforgettable night — we’re creating our own magic right here!
Expect cornhole, games, cozy chili with all the fixings, sweet treats, and the freedom to pop in and out whenever you want. Zero pressure, all vibes.

Wear your comfiest jammies or show up dressed to the nines — whatever makes you feel GOOD stepping into a new year.

This is a family-friendly hang! I’ll have a relaxed kid zone set up inside an apartment, complete with blankets, snacks, and a movie so the little ones can unwind while the grown-ups celebrate.

TIME: 9PM-1AM
LOCATION: 205 Foster Ave Charlotte, NC 28203
PARKING: Please park on the street OR park at the Harris Teeter off South Blvd and walk over to Foster. It is a five minute walk.
FOOD & DRINK: Bring your own beer or drinks - some to share would be great if you can. I will provide some of the alcohol to get rid of all beer/drinks from any FF flats events. I will provide chili for everyone with the fixing's and also dessert. Food will be located in Foster's coffee lounge so that residents do not eat it. I will provide the code for easy in and out access. I'd love it if you wanted to contribute a chili or dessert for variety!
