Come try a free introductory acrobatics class at Pa-Kua Newport!

Learn the basics of acrobatic movement in a fun, social environment. This class is suitable for people of all levels -- if you're a regular athlete or a couch potato looking to make a change, acrobatics is a great workout for the mind and body. Whether you can do one pushup or a hundred, come learn the basics of basing, flying, and solo movement.

A typical acrobatics class will consist of a warmup, moderate stretching and core workout, and a mix of solo training and partner work designed to push your body and challenge your self control. Every day on the mat, you'll do something new (and usually, something you never thought you could do).
