Three free classes, back to back to back! First, challenge your body and control with an introductory acrobatics class. Then follow up with a lesson in the martial art of Pa-Kua. End with a calming class in Pa-Kua tai chi.

All three classes are suitable for any level of practitioner, from total beginner to those with years of experience. Try out one class or stay for all three if you have the determination and interest.
