About us

PaceLab is a running club built on a simple idea: movement brings people together.

We welcome runners of all backgrounds, experiences, and disciplines—whether you’re taking your first steps into running or it’s already part of your lifestyle. What matters most is a shared appreciation for staying active and connecting with others.

Our weekly meetups take place on relaxed Sunday mornings, centred around an easy, conversational 5K run. To ensure everyone feels comfortable, we naturally form smaller pace groups so each runner can move at their own rhythm without pressure.

The run is only the beginning. Afterwards, we gather for brunch/coffee at a local café - an unhurried space to meet new people, exchange stories, and build meaningful connections beyond the run itself.

PaceLab is as much a social community as it is a running club. Whether you’re a young professional, a student, building a family, or simply new to the city, you’ll find a place here.

At PaceLab, we believe the most meaningful connections are often made in motion, and continued over good coffee.
