Shift management may be the shiftiest part of being a manager. So it wasn’t surprising when I got the Jira ticket to ‘automate shift scheduling’. Toss in a few spicy ingredients (4-day work week, offices in two countries, and allowing manual overrides), and you have a recipe for an interesting automation project! In this session, we’ll talk about how we used the Microsoft Graph API (and other techniques) to get their shifts together.
