This community was created to offer a space for those conversations.

The New Leadership Playbook: Growth, AI & Ambiguity is a conversation about what leadership looks like today: how to integrate AI responsibly and effectively, make decisions when the path isn’t obvious, support teams and partners through change, act as drivers of transformation, and keep the human side at the center while navigating growth and uncertainty.
The session is hosted by Victor Motogna, Head of Web Development at Wolfpack Digital. With a background in Computer Science and a Master’s in High Performance Computing & Big Data Analytics, Victor combines strong technical expertise with a forward-looking mindset. He works across full-stack technologies such as Ruby, JavaScript, and Python, and has extensive experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
Beyond development, Victor plays a key role in designing AI-powered features and understanding how models should be trained and implemented where they add real value. He is known for translating technical buzzwords into clear, practical language, architecting the balance between robust technical solutions and MVPs, and guiding teams through constant technological change with clarity and structure.
