In Cluj, many of us carry different titles such as Head of, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, Product Lead, Design Lead, yet we face remarkably similar questions: building strong teams, hiring well, managing change, aligning with business and partners, making strategic decisions under pressure, and integrating AI responsibly without disrupting culture.
This community was created to offer a space for those conversations.
