## Event Details
To begin, Mindfulness & Communication Coach, Kim Jennings will lead us in a grounding meditation focused on the beauty of nature, how we can draw on it to inspire what’s wild and alive within us to bloom. Next we’ll have some icebreakers, intros and intention setting. Expert SUP Instructor Samantha Eastburn will lead a brief paddle orientation, then we’ll set off on a mindfulness paddle with Sam providing paddle guidance and taking photos. After our paddle, we’ll circle up again and have an opportunity for individual reflection, as well as partner and large group discussion related to our theme. This is a great opportunity to practice those mindfulness skills you’re wanting to build or deepen, as well as foster connection and community with other compassionate and curious women.
