Curious about stand-up paddleboarding? Join us. All equipment is provided—just bring your sense of adventure. You’ll receive instruction from a certified teacher with over 7,000 students taught since 2013, then explore beyond Sawfish Bay Park with a certified Florida Master Naturalist. Our 'winter' weather is usually comfortable; bring a light jacket if needed. It's the best time of year to paddle.
Who Should Come
Anyone wanting to learn in a safe, calm-water setting.
If you can stand and kneel, you can paddleboard.
Experienced paddlers are welcome.

How to Secure Your Spot
RSVP and pay at least one day in advance.
Rental, lesson & tour: $45
Returning paddlers renting: $30

What to Bring
Water‑friendly clothing (avoid cotton in 'winter').
Sunscreen, sunglasses, croakies, hat, water, and a light snack.
Water shoes or flip‑flops for the gravel launch area.
When & Where
Arrive at the start time for equipment fitting.
If bringing an inflatable board, arrive early to inflate.
Check your GPS the night before for travel time.
Weather
Events may be canceled for weather including strong winds or lightning.
Refunds or credit will be provided.
