Morning Paddle in Stuart/Hobe Sound at the end of SE Cove Road

Discover my one of favorite paddling spots in Martin County! Enjoy paddling through lush mangroves, ending at the ocean for a beach break. Whether you swim or stroll along the peaceful, deserted beach, it's a perfect break with just sand and surf. Wondering about our fabulous weather at this time of year? Bring a light jacket if needed. Once you start paddling, you will be just fine.

### How to Join

• RSVP: Even if you have your own board, let me know you're coming.
• Rentals: Need a paddleboard? Rent one for $30 (Venmo: @vivian-caylor or Zelle: 5612602628, include event date). Advanced payment is required. Questions? Text 561.260.2628.
• Have Your Own Board?: If you have your own, it's $10 (Venmo, Zelle, or Cash). Your fees help cover meetup costs, insurance, fuel costs & more.

### Important Notes

• Intermediate Paddlers to Advanced: No first-timers. Join one of our a "Fabulous First Timer" meetup if you're new to paddleboarding.
• Infrequent Paddlers: If you've paddled only a couple times or after a long break (years), text me to confirm this event is right for you.
• Bring a Snack/Water: Enjoy a longer break on the unspoiled beach.

### Weather & Cancellation

• I check detailed forecasts including radar and lightning. I cancel when it doesn't look fun or safe (approx. 2 hours for the event). If I don't cancel, we're on. Based on my detailed review of that morning's forecast and doing this since 2013; I have acquired a good understanding of our weather patterns here. Still not sure? • No restrooms at the park, but plenty of stops along the way once you exit I-95 at Kanner Hwy.
