Ocean Paddling Skills and maybe Paddlesurfing at Juno Beach

Ready to refine your paddling skills? I love paddling AND paddlesurfing on the ocean. If there are actual little waves; let's try a little paddlesurfing! If's it's pretty flat than come anyway to get used to paddling on the ocean. The whole idea of this event is make you feel more comfortable paddling on the ocean and work on some advanced paddling skills. We will also have an interactive session to move one or more rescue skills that may help a fellow paddler in trouble in the future. We will practice the basic skills needed to learn how to paddlesurf even if we don't have surfable waves.
Early morning is the best time of day to paddle or surf on the ocean. The wind is most calm at this time of day. You are more likely to see dolphins early in the day as well :) This will be a great opportunity to get used to paddling on the ocean if you are not comfortable paddling on the ocean yet.
We're going to be a little north of Juno Pier and Ocean Caye Park at the Beach Parking lot at 3610 Ocean Blvd. There is a bathroom at the back of the parking lot that almost no one uses. We will go out directly in front of that parking lot. Less people on the beach and in the water in this water.
It will be $30 to rent a board for the lesson, equipment and life vest. $10 if you have your own board. Payment via Venmo or Zelle. I am doing this paddle in conjunction with my other group, Paddleboard Palm Beach County so there may be guys that show up for this paddle. This meetup is NOT for beginner paddlers. NO EXCEPTIONS.
