Open Plunge & Sauna Social – A Summer Reset with Living LA & OC (ONLY $20!)

After the amazing turnout at our last event, we’re teaming up again with Human Aeon (www.humanaeon.org) for another round of cold, heat, and connection. (This is a PREPAY Event - Follow Steps Below)

Join us on Saturday, July 12, from 4–7 PM for an evening to unwind, recharge, and reconnect—with yourself and the community.
New This Month:

• Optional Micro-Breathwork Session at 3:30 PM – Start your evening with a 20-minute guided breath session to ground and reset. Space is limited—email support@humanaeon.com with the subject “Breathwork RSVP – July 12” to reserve your spot.
• Special Guest: Intl Players Juice – Enjoy complimentary juice samples and fresh blends available for purchase. Also follow my friend and her local business @intlplayersjuice!

What to Expect:

• Cold plunges to invigorate
• Sauna sessions to restore
• Laid-back music and relaxed energy
• A welcoming community space—come solo or bring a friend

What to Bring:
Swimsuit, towel, water bottle, something warm for after, and optionally something to sip or share.
