Join artist ‘Bear’ for a lively evening with friends for ‘Brews and Baubles’! In this hands-on workshop, you will be creating a Moon Phase bracelet utilizing Rutilated Quartz! This bracelet reminds us of the unending cycle of our universe, and our place within it.
Whether you're a seasoned jewelry maker or a complete beginner, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to have a good time and get crafty. While the setup for the Moon Phase portion is set, the rest of the bracelet is where your creativity can shine. You will have full access to my collection of over 10,000 beads. Tools and instruction are provided, as will any needed assistance. A tasty sample of a craft cocktail and a tasting from the food truck is included in the ticket price! (Additional food, drinks, mocktails & Non-alcoholic drinks, coffees, and even teas are also available for purchase).

About the Instructor: Bear is a thriving artist in our community. He is 38 years old and retired/disabled from a public/private security career. Bear took up beading as physical therapy to combat loss of dexterity from nerve damage in his hands, and he LOVES sharing his creative and calming art with others!

Yes, he is a stand-up comedian, but if you’re reading this, you assumed that. Did you know that he is also a father, a husband, a 6-time cannonball champion, AND a notary public? This is a guy with depth, a guy with layers.
His irritations with the inane instances of life & love have left him ranting and raving on stages across the world for over a decade. In that time, Zach has been fortunate enough to regularly share the stage with some of his favorite comedians, including Rory Scovel, Chad Daniels, the Sklar Brother and Sean Patton (among others), and he has released two comedy albums (Skunkman & Not the Worst Dad) that debuted at number one on the comedy charts and are regularly spun on SiriusXM.
Feature: Mike Byrd is a talent from the Coastal Carolina comedy scene, known for his charming and relatable performances. Mike's brand of joke-telling is a unique blend of self-aware cynicism and simple truths. He performed at the 2022 North Carolina Comedy Festival and the 2023 QCCE Queen City Comedy Experience Festival. Mike was a Finalist in the 2023 North Carolina's Funniest Person Competition and won the Comic's Comic Award at the 2023 QCCE Fight Night Competition. Most recently, he won the 2023 Roast War Championship Tournament in Charlotte and performed at the 2024 DC Comedy Festival. He can be found honing his craft on comedy stages throughout the country.
