Join us for a Monday after-work run - just bring your running gear!

Running shoes rather than trainers suggested to avoid injury. We will stay clear of anything too off road and muddy where possible. Pace, route and distance dependent on who turns up but expect it to be more of a base run than anything too intensive.

Great opportunity to get a bit fitter as the better weather and lighter days arrive! And meet a few other people!
