Witch Crafty: Winter Sowing—a Yuletide Ritual 🌱

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a little magic? ✨Witch Crafty is a hands-on, virtual workshop where witches, pagans, and magical-minded folks can come together to create spellwork in real time. It is a series intended to provide guided witchcraft tutorials and socialization for solitary practitioners seeking community. This is NOT a coven—just a creative, instructional space to learn, craft, and connect through the art of magic. This class is open all experience levels. This is a place to experiment, learn, and craft together—free from judgment, and full of inspiration, positivity and good vibes. No matter if you’re just starting out or a seasoned witch, everyone is welcome here!

🔮 This Week’s Workshop: Winter Sowing—a Yuletide Ritual
For many practitioners, Yule and the winter season are a time for reflection and introspection—letting go of what no longer serves us, preparing for growth, and planting manifestation seeds for the year ahead. During this class, we will utilize the herbalist technique of winter sowing in combination with intentional ritual work to create a physical representation of the seeds we are planting now, allowing fertile growth to unfold in the spring. We’ll also explore the symbolism behind winter sowing and what it means to take everyday, mundane activities and transform them into acts of magic.

📋 What to Expect:

Join your host Becs for a live, guided crafting session where we’ll explore the history and common uses of different witchcraft topics. Together, we’ll set personal intentions, select herbs and crystals that support our goals, and assemble our spell kits in real time. The host will give a brief history of the class topic, and give a live demonstration of each step and explain the symbolism behind the materials used—helping you blend intuition with skill.

At the beginning, Becs will lead an optional guided meditation exercise. This exercise is aimed at helping you to tap into your intuitive knowledge, connect with your spirit team (and/or guardians, deities etc.) and established a channel of communication.

Bring your own supplies, notebook, and an open spirit. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything on the list—substitutions and creativity are always encouraged!

Webcams are encouraged but never required—join however you’re most comfortable.
