Important: This is a paid event and booking deposit of $10 is required.
- Your deposit is refundable if you cancel/reschedule your booking 30 days or more before the event date.
- Your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel/reschedule within 30 days. This allows us cover admin and opportunity costs associated with turning away other bookings for the date/time.
- If your booking is made within 30 days of your event date, the deposit will not be refundable.
- Provided you request cancellation 14 days before the event date, a full refund will be made, and the deposit according to the payment policy.
