Express the art piece that YOU are.
We will begin the session by sitting together and grounding through breathwork and meditation for about 10-15 minutes, in order to get into the creative head and heart space of love, joy and healing. After that, we will use the provided acrylic paints, brushes and canvases, and begin to create our art pieces. We will let ourselves be guided by whatever arises naturally through the meditative state of peace and tranquility. By expressing your thoughts, emotions or challenges on the canvas, you can gain perspective and insight, and bring harmony and clarity into your situation. We (Connie and Gary) will be there to help guide you through the experience by providing artistic direction and advice and helping you achieve and maintain the optimal meditative state. The session will last for 2-3 hours. At the end of the painting session everyone will be invited to present and talk about their piece and take questions if they wish to do so.
