For this session, we are going to combine the practice of meditative gazing and still life painting in order to facilitate a state of mindful presence and encourage artistic self expression. Connie will introduce you to fundamental painting techniques and help you express your individuality through that process.
We will begin the session with a Creative Spark meditation guided by Gary who will assist you in maintaining a relaxed and focused meditative state throughout the session.
