PLEIN AIR OUTING: Baldwin Hill Farm, Phillipston MA

THE SCENE: Inviting you all to my parents homestead. On the occasion of Sunday, October 4th, for an autumn painting adventure. Situated in the small town of Phillipston, population 1,785, their Cape house was built in 1761, with many acres of old farm land, barn, cabin, view of NH mountains, apple orchard, old rusty pick up truck, wander the gardens, and pond across the road. There will be plenty of time for painting starting at 10am, then we will break for lunch/beverage (provided by Mel and Colleen) and paint till 5pm. If you can not make it in the morning stop in for lunch and afternoon painting. Come and go as you please. Reg and Mel Haughton 95 Baldwin Hill Rd., Phillipston, MA 01331 Not far from Rt 2, off of 2A. I will tie a star balloon at Baldwin Hill Rd. and at my parents mailbox.

IF LOST: If you become lost getting there, call.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: It is up to you to determine if the weather makes painting untenable. Most of the time I will send out an email 24 hours in advance saying whether I will be there. Occasionally I will wait until the morning of the event to check the weather.
