Painting on Broome Street
Details
There's a tiny slip of land, barely even a park, at the intersection of Broome and Watts streets, but from it you get a vantage point like you're loitering in the middle of the street. This area is unique in how it is half Tribeca, half Holland Tunnel, half Soho, and hopefully we can enjoy some sun to counteract the chill!
Our meeting point will be the center of the median triangle. Check in with me on-site so I know who's attending, and then we'll disperse to our individual painting spots. At 2pm, we'll meet back up to show off our art and discuss the day.
Gather your materials (watercolor, oils, gouache, acrylics, marker: all are welcome) and join with other artists for the joys and challenges of painting outside!
