You’re warmly invited to a unique workshop in the embrace of nature, where we’ll gently release what no longer serves us through therapeutic painting and guided meditation – creating space for lightness, inner strength, and support.

If you’re feeling:
- tired, unmotivated, or emotionally overwhelmed,
- craving clarity, inspiration, or simply a moment just for yourself...
Then this workshop is your chance to give yourself something truly nourishing – a peaceful, safe space to breathe deeply and simply be.
🧘♀️ Workshop flow:
1. Opening & nature connection (10–15 min)
- Welcome, grounding & introduction
- Theme of the day: "Me and My Inner World"
- Inner weather: expressing current emotions through color
2. First creative part (20 - 30 min)
- Watercolor painting – soft, playful, relaxed
- Using color as a tool to release tension, emotions, and past events
- No pressure, no rules – the focus is on expression, not perfection
All materials (paper and paints) are provided. You can also bring your own if you prefer.
3. Guided meditation (10-15min)
- Deep relaxation and letting go of what no longer aligns
- Reconnecting with your inner wisdom and vision
- Inviting ease, growth, and new opportunities
4. Second creative part – Manifestation painting (30 min)
- Creating a painting that reflects your wish, intention, support, light, and inner calm
- Again, no pressure – just free, intuitive expression
- Ritual instructions to support your intention even after the workshop
5. Sharing your experiences as desired
- How did we feel? What do we see in our art?
- Gentle group support and guided reflection questions

ℹ️ What to bring:
- A blanket or mat to sit on
- A bottle of water (hydration is important after meditation)
- An open heart, good vibes, and willingness for inner change

Please avoid coffee and alcohol at least 2 hours before the workshop to support a deeper experience and stronger intention-setting.
