With the holidays (and my busy season) behind us, it's time to Meetup again! This round, we'll be diving into a classic pairing: Roast leg of lamb and Syrah (or Shiraz down under). And you heard right...I'll make the lamb!! You bring a Syrah from anywhere in the world. Bragging right go to the best match but you can't go wrong. If you want to bring something "nibbly" too, thats fine but not expected. You can expect a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere with an emphasis on sharing, discovery, and good conversation.
