Sunday Run - Tenafly 5K Preview Run with Eric and Lori

Meet us at the Tenafly Track for a run around the streets of Tenafly. We will follow the route for the June 1 Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk, and then continue on PRC's emblematic route used for weekday early morning runs for those who want a little more!

We will be meeting in the Tenafly track parking lot located on Virgina St and Jefferson Ave. Stay after our run to help the PRC distribute race flyers to our neighbors ahead of the Tenafly 5K Run & Dog Walk.

We run between 3 and 10+ miles with multiple pace groups.

Everyone is welcome to join and check us out on a run or two before deciding to become a member.
