Sunday Run - Tenafly 5K Preview Run with Eric and Lori

Meet us at the Tenafly Track for a run around the streets of Tenafly. We will follow PRC's emblematic route used for weekday early morning runs.

We will be meeting in the Tenafly track parking lot located on Virgina St and Jefferson Ave.

We run between 3 and 10+ miles with multiple pace groups.

Everyone is welcome to join and check us out on a run or two before deciding to become a member.
