Rockland Lake State Park with Andrea

Rockland Lake State Park is located on a ridge of Hook Mountain above the west bank of the Hudson River. The park offers a 3.2 mile non-motorized use paved trail around the lake. There are plenty of restrooms along the route as well as water fountains. The 3.2 mile loop is flat. There is also a longer loop around the perimeter of the park that offers some hills.
