Meet us at the 9W Entrance to Tallman Mountain State Park (about 50 yards north of the 9W Market). The run will take you through the perfect combination of smooth trail and paved road with occasional glimpses of the Hudson valley.
We will meet in the parking lot of the 9W entrance of the Tallman State Park right past the 9W Market (about 50 yards north from the 9W market)

We run between 3 and 10+ miles with multiple pace groups.
