2026 Tenafly 5K Run and Dog Walk Presented by Palisades Running Club

This USATF-sanctioned 5K Run has become one of the largest road races in North Jersey, drawing more than 2,000 runners of all ages and abilities. All proceeds from the event support the Tenafly Educational Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds teacher-initiated programs and projects in the Tenafly public schools that the school budget is unable to cover.
