We’ll start with stretching and mobility work to open the body, then flow into Pilates mat exercises designed to lengthen, tone, and sculpt while improving posture, flexibility, balance, and core strength.
We’ll explore Latin dance body movement and isolations from head to toe — learning how to move the hips naturally, create fluid body rolls, improve coordination, arm styling, rhythm, musicality, and develop that smooth, confident Latin motion.
This class is all about building the mind-body connection and helping you feel more comfortable, expressive, graceful, and free in your movement.
